LASTMA Partners Stakeholders to End Gridlock in Lagos

A fresh move by the Lagos State Traffic management Authority (LASTMA), in collaboration with key stakeholders in the state may reduce the persistent traffic gridlock affecting economic and other activities in the state particularly in Ikorodu neighbourhood of the state
The collaboration is expected to bringing together LASTMA, traditional and religious leaders, leadership of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Road Transport Employers association (RETEAN), Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), Vehicle Inspection Service (VIS), LAGBUS, Cab operators, LASTMA’s Traffic Mayors and Nigeria Police as a method of getting public support to achieve free flow of traffic in Lagos state.
